How I did it: I only lived in Costa Rica for 2 months a couple of summers ago, but I loved every second of it! I did volunteer work in a day care and nursing home for a month in Cartago, rode my bike down the black sand beaches of Playa Viejo, got lost in the streets of San Jose, went repelling down waterfalls and saw lava coming out of a volcano in Arenal, got crazy with locals and tourists, scuba dived, and zipped lined through the canopies of Manuel… Read how I did it…

Last week I worked out 3 times, it was good. This week eeeh not so much. Its been rainy and ugh. Plus I’ve been sick. But I went to a funk class this week, and I plan on going every week. it was great.
I’ve been playing a lot more now and i’m reforming the calluses on my fingers! My friend Emily wants to start playing again with me, so we are going to jam together sometime this week! I’ve already come up with my own little song!
