Losing weight USE to be a difficult thing for me. After consulting my doctor, we jointly came up with a plan that is working BEAUTIFULLY for me. One change I made is to stop focusing on my WEIGHT and start focusing on my HEALTH. Once I stopped thinking about what would “hang on my hips”...I began making choices which were healthier (milk instead of sodapop, etc.) and the weight naturally dropped. Thanks for listening.
