How I did it: My friend started giving me free private lessons. I just committed to it and didn't let myself use school as an excuse. I'm taking this off my list now because I won't be able to salsa for a little bit. I'm proud of myself for really committing to salsa this semester. Now that it's summer, my main goal is to save money for my trip and relax. This means that I have less time for salsa, but I won't give up on it totally. Read how I did it…

I’ve really insisted on radiating a positive energy lately. This has been amazing at work! I love my job, but there is a lot of complaining and negativity. I feel like I am in this amazing golden orb though that blocks all of it from manipulating my own experience. I’ve noticed when I’m not feeding on the negativity, it seems to die away for others too. Where this is more challenging is in my close relationships.
