right now i’m at 175. 160 is my first milestone goal for the ultimate end result that i’m looking for. I’m ready to put forth some effort!

Once I get past the 160 goal i’ll be on my way to this one! then on to 140 where the buck stops! it may stop before then depending on how i feel and look. Don’t want to be a twiggy!

Starting at 170

So I need, or want, to drop 30 pounds. I think it is doable with in a year. I have to control my eating and work out more. Arg, hard work!
