How I did it: I had a lot of patience. I was always a fairly shy person, but I just realized I did not want to be that way, and I wanted to stop caring what people thought of me. Shyness and caring what others think sort of go hand-in-hand, so by conquering one I figured I could conquer the other. I put myself in uncomfortable situations, worked in jobs that required me to be assertive, traveled to places with strangers, and started to dance like crazy… Read how I did it…
