How I did it: I stopped procrastinating and took the decision that i have to get rid of unnecessary possessions. It was hard work, but in the end, very well worth it! I thought this was never going to end, but i didn't give up. My strategy was a bit childish... I put everything i found in the middle of the room and then separated what i found: the useful stuff went in my new room, the unnecessary stuff to the garbage. Read how I did it…
How I did it: i was lucky that my best friend makes the best tea i've ever drank so after drinking some of her tea i just wanted more and more. i finally replaced the morning coffee with tea, and also, when going out, i drink tea instead of the usual coffee. i won't deny, i still drink some coffee from time to time, but i can do without it as well. How I did it: when i began school, i was taking the bus in the morning to school, having as an excuse the fact that it was pretty cold.after 2 weeks, as the bus was getting more and more crowded, i tried to walk. i was shocked that i got to school much earlier by walking than by bus.so i'm walking ever since, and enjoying it every time... it's quality time with yourself :) Read how I did it…
