When I was younger I wasn’t fed the best, but it didn’t start showing until I was about 10 or 11. I didn’t start noticing I was overweight until Freshman year, and at the time I didn’t even care so I kept eating how I wanted. A couple years later I’m obese, and hate my body. I’ve been working out intensively for the past year, but it’s been on and off. I get random waves of depression which really puts a stop to my motivation, and I’m looking to get inspired and motivated so I can lose weight, for myself and everyone around me. I could use a cheer if you’re willing to give one up.
