so i finished the half marathon, my time was 2:15-ish. i ran the whole thing which is way more than i thought i was going to be able to do. it was amazing and i feel very accomplished. however it also showed me that i need to work WAY harder if i want to run twice that distance.
my yoga class continues to give me tips on how to direct my energy and balance correctly so that i can eventually have all my weight on my hands, i cant wait.
