How I did it: Sign up at paperbackswap.com. Start a list of books that you'd like to swap out from your own library and create a wish list of books you'd like to receive in return. As requests come in, you mail off your books, paying for the postage. For each book you mail you recieve a credit to use for ordering a book you want.You'll be notified through email when a book on your wish list becomes available. How I did it: I heard about the Vipassana center from another 43Things-er. When I went to the website I found a lot of options as far as the locations were concerned. I selected the Dhamma Siri Center, in Texas. Once I filled out the application it was only a matter of days before I recieved an acceptance letter and detailed instructions on the code of discipline, what I needed to bring, and directions to the center.
