after much trial and error, for now i am satisfied with following items:
- naan
- aloo paratha (plain parathas are not at all a success. I don’t know if it is me not being able to make them as they should be or it is just that i don’t like plain parathas – i only tried stuffed parathas in a restaurant, never a plain one. And i din’t have any indian friend living nearby…)
Coconut chtney didn’t work out well, mainly because i don’t have th eright tools – raw cocnut is impossible to grind into a paste using regular foodprocessor. no wet/dry grinders available on the french market. thinking of the alternatives
