it’s really an ongoing process. I’ve cut out refined (white) flour, most sugar, and fried things. I’ve lost some weight too.

I did the ends and bangs a few months ago and remembered how much work dealing with manic panic really is. I ended up getting the blue parts cut off- the result is cute.
I love the way my hair looks blue, but with the dyes currently available it leaches off in the shower, rain etc. and fades so much that it only stays the color i want for a minority of the time.
I graduate in May, and I am trying to decide between the Peace Corps and one of the may alternative programs out there. Anybody have advice?
