So my friend made this recomendation to me. He saw it in the move Leon (the professional is the international title)
I bought a 10 dollar ratcheting cargo strap from an automotive store, and wrapped it about halfway up on my bed. Tucked my feet under it, and hung off the side at my waist (so that I’m hanging head upside down, almost on the ground) and did situps. Basically, it adds a lot more extension to a crunch. You can also grab a weight (dictionary, dumbell ect) and add even more intensity.
This should be way better than just twisting situps.
I’m not a car guy at all, but I love stickshift cars. For one, the gas pedal directly affects accelleration. When you stomp down on the gas, you go. In an automatic, the car takes a few seconds before it pitifuly kicks it into high gear. Manual just gives you more control over your car.
Plus shifting just feels awesome.
I taught my two roommates how to drive stick in 1 day before we left for a coast to coast roadtrip. It doesnt take long if you have a good teacher.
