Getting better at this. Once I have decided to accept the fact that I am never going to be super organised and figured I need to work with what i’ve got things started to improve. I have a dittly little notebook in my handbag and if I think of something whilst I’m out i write it down and if I need t get shopping from work it goes in my notebook it has already helped me organise some xmas pressies.

I’ve been power walking which is good but weather for last few weeks has been totally rubbish and I’m finding hard to be motivated. Had a couple of weeks when the weather was nice and actually went running!!!! but very hard and have not managed to keep this up.
Need more energy

I was doing quite well and getting out with the dog after work and have managed to get some swimming sessions in which is good as I really enjoy it but have had a couple of busy weeks in work and just don’t seem to have any energy left at the end of the day to achieve anything bar sitting on my arse.
