When I was on the swim team in high school (in the States) my mother prepared fresh pasta for me every morning for breakfast. She purchased it at a little neighborhood pasta shop. I’ve never had anything else like it, and I’ve not been able to duplicate it. I enjoy cooking for recreation, and I love to travel. When I saw a special about cooking classes held in villas in Italy - where you select your own produce from the kitchen garden right outside the back door - I was sold. Fresh pasta, here I come . . .
