I mostly get my water from coffee and sodas and that’s bad. I have a pitcher so I’ll try to fill that up and finish it everyday.

I mostly get my water from coffee and sodas and that’s bad. I have a pitcher so I’ll try to fill that up and finish it everyday.
After about 10 years of aimlessly drifting through life I’m beginning to try to put myself together. It’s not very easy and I have many obstacles to overcome. For several years I drank too much, then for several years I smoked pot almost every day. Now that I do neither I know I have to take my health back into control. I used to run and work out all of the time because I liked it. I’d like to get up early in the morning before my family does and work out everyday. I want it to be just a normal thing. I know lots of people do this. Just get it done in the mornings and go on with my life. I have a gym membership that I don’t use too much. I want to go to the gym or sometimes work out outside. Depends how extreme the weather is that day. I think a good goal work out time is 30 minutes to 1 hour. Today I slept until 10:30 so that’s no good. I just need to set the tone for the day but getting up and getting sweaty. I’m already skinny but I’d like to tone up. It’s March right now so if I get this done I should be rockin a hot body by summer.
