Triathlon

It was awesome!! Painful but awesome! This is the cummulation of 5 years of doubt, pain and fear. I finally got to do a sprint triathlon on Thanksgiving Day 2006. I am already gearing up for my next one in February. I am definitely not the fastest but I am not the slowest either. Absolutely worth doing. P.S. Don’t get intimidated by all the spandex clad tri-pro’s. They had to start somewhere too.

I am hoping to at least go on a short mission trip next summer through HOPE worldwide but I also am looking into serving long term either through HOPE or Doctors without Borders.
