I’m studying interpreting in Spanish at uni, but I didn’t know a word of Spanish to begin with!
In the last year I’ve learnt to write in Spanish, read in Spanish, COMPREHEND spoken Spanish (that was a hard one), now I’m mainly working on good spoken Spanish. I’m miles from fluent but I think I’ll get there :)

How I did it
How I did it: I spent months on eBay and in O2 shops staring gloomily at the price tag. I'm going abroad this year so couldn't take out an 18 month contract and the price tag is faar too much for a poor student.Luckily a guy at my mum's work was selling off his original 8GB iPhone. It's in perfect condition and he sold it to me for only £100 :) Read how I did it…

Still not fluent. Still I’m at uni now and I’m not too shabby! Moving to Graz in Austria this September so that should help!
