I’ve been stuck at 70 kilos for the past two years now and I’m beginning to accept this. Maybe this IS my ideal weight? I started rock-climbing about 9 months ago and despite my strength having increased and the musculature being more defined, I haven’t gained any weight so far. Part of the problem is probably that I only have one real (cooked) meal a day and that’s lunch at noon. Apart from that I also have two light meals, one around 5pm and one around 8pm, the latter being oatmeal with raisins and honey. Thanks to a fast metabolism I burn everything I eat so I don’t think a higher calorie intake would help much. Maybe I should switch to different food types? Anyway, as I was saying, I’m learning to live with this and most of the people seem to like the way I look right now which is definitely a plus.

Although my interest in karate is dwindling I’m still working on it. Despite the injured wrist I passed the 3. kyu yesterday evening. I guess I’m just not ready to quit yet!
Living on my own

I’ve been living with a roommate for the past two months now and it’s been great. I pretty much have things covered, the only thing left to do is learn how to use the washing mashine :)
