6 pounds to lose and I would really like to lose them before prom which is may 16. This is my plan:
*exercise as much as I can(at least 3 times a week)
*eat healthy and only when hungry, but NO diets
*be active throughout the day
...I’ve been 126 forever my body seems like this weight, but I think I’d be much happier at 120:)

In 6 weeks, I lost 8 pounds! Only 2 more to go to mark this goal done. Swim practice starts tomorrow so im giving it no more than 3 days tops.
My overall goal is to weigh around 118. At the moment I’m 5’7” and weigh 132.
