Tidying up my iTunes library seemed like a good idea at the time. The wrong album artwork (or lack of) etc always annoyed me. It’s really not worth the amount of effort or time it needs though. I guess I’ll do it as they come up naturally.

How I did it: I practice reflection as a skill and so consider myself to be quite self-aware. Today though I realised that actually right now, at this moment, everything was pretty much as good as it can get and I feel incredibly content knowing that. It isn't where I imagined myself to be a few years ago but I took opportunities as they came and stopped trying to live up to others expectations, focusing instead on what I wanted to do in life. How I did it: I had lessons for many years. Also practised for (well- toward the end) at least 1hr/day. I also had to retake the exam as the first time I wasn't really prepared. It's a wonderful feeling! Read how I did it…
How I did it: I downloaded an 'app' for my phone which gradually increased the number of sit-ups depending on how easy/difficult you found them. That was the reason I managed to do it in such a short (not as short as it could be but I considered it pretty speedy) amount of time. Well worth a try, the app is free and I presume you can get it on any android/Iphone. Read how I did it…

I just started university this week and finishing seems a very long way off. I hope these few years don’t go as quickly as everyone says as already this place feels like home. Ahh well, only time will tell :)
