Alright, so I’ve lost a total of 30lbs since March. but obviously at my goal weight and
am not really satisfied at all. now I need to start
Toning up or something. just not satisfied.

How I did it: I was ignoring because I could. But it was alwaysthere. It affected my sleep so that effected my energy levels in the day. I was always feeling like there was something i should be doing or i was gonna get in trouble for something. Kind of a paranoia. So I was finally fed up with trying methods of my own and just accepted it may take actual medications. And ill tell you its incredible. How I did it: I went online to get a bunch of informationon how to better take care of my skinand it all really helped.Basically I just had to stop being lazyand actually take the timeto wash the oil andmake up off my face before i went to sleep.I had no problem washing my face in themorning because I just use my face wash inmy morning shower.Then I had to go pick up supplies as well.lol Read how I did it…
So time to actually start doing this. Got a job again

So I won’t be laying around all day just smoking and eating. And community service starts monday so there’s a shitload of
Walking.

Ok so i did a little poor on my diet yesterday
but not nearly as bad as i have been
so that excites me!!! Plus again, I’ve been sticking to my
excersizes.
Well even though i cant see results,
and it gets me really down, especially when i feel
like i look bigger after all my efforts.
But i feeel really good. I hate
losing weight the healthy way i have to say.
its annoying.
