(sorry, scary title) One thing you have to realize about the Bible is that the first part (Old Tes.) is the worst part, mainly, because it focuses on Religion (something, true Christians should actually be against on account of that is why Jesus came in the first place, to make empty rituals stop blocking the relationship between God and man.) I, personally, have been reading the Bible (I have to admit it has been tough at times), partially, because I think it is stupid to claim a belief system you don’t fully know, and partially, because I want to be able to learn more about the God I love and serve. Right now, I am on Joel, and I am getting very excited, because I am getting to the good part; soon, the old testament will be over, than Jesus will come (while it isn’t good what happens to him <—understatement), and I will be forgiven and saved forever. Yeah, it is pretty nifty. (Frick! I write a lot when I am excited)

How I did it: I bought clippers and asked my friend Helen to help me. We cut down my hair surrounding the amount I wanted to keep for the mohawk, and then clipped away. It was a blast. After a while, I let my outside hair grow out a bit (like in the pic.), and that specific style fit me a bit better. [ mainly because it was winter and I wasn't a fan of the brain-freeze I got every time I went out without a hat] Read how I did it…
How I did it: My friend passed away in November and I took a major turn for the worst. I shaved my head (something I had dont before, but this time in grief), cut out a lot of my friends, and, stupidly and selfishly, attempted suicide. After my particular low, I decided to take the rest of the semester off and go back home to live with my mother. However, spending time in the city in which my friend and I had spent so much time starte… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I read it, as often as I could until I was done. Sometimes the stories were amazing and uplifting; other times, I wanted to chuck the book against the wall in a very un-Christian fashion. I'm happy I've read it and now I have begun to read it again with more fervor. I actually spend most of my time reading some of the first translations to make sure I don't miss anything, or misunderstand anything, like all of those hate… Read how I did it…

while nose rings are a beautiful way to express yourself, they are also very painful. I, oh course, had to try to pierce in on my own (very stupid), at two in the morning(judgement impaired), and without any attempts to dull the pain (also stupid). As a result, I had a pissed off mother and a temporary fear of piercing. However, it was fun, and now I love it. Enjoy!
