So this weekend went really well.
I went out to the beach all day Saturday and ate really healthy while out with my fiends. (a low cal juice smoothy from a juice bar) for lunch and a yougurt for dinner, while my friends had subway,fish and chips ect. So i think i did really well.
Sunday i had lots of veges and this weekend i exercised alot. im really noticing my weight loss. This is working well for me.
Its been 3 days now since i had a coffee, and im feeling a lot better, i dont get really tired in the afternoon anymore. And i dont drink soda very often so that has been easy to give up. But i still have tea. Though at night i have decaffee. So i will see how it goes.
