I’ve realized I am trying to do everything at once and failing miserably ha ha. My goals are too obtuse, too long term! So I am going to try this one day at a time. So tomorrow I am going to try to watch no tv, just the weather in the morning and the news at night. None of my typical shows. If I succeed, I will try for the day after and so on and so on. My goal is to only watch tv on weekends. We shall see!!!

Ok, well I can already see several shows that I really don’t care about and only watch them to fill in empty spaces or because I am bored or when I should be doing something else! That is 16 shows wow! Not to mention the crap I watch when these aren’t on, or stuff I watch with my husband when his shows are on, Family Guy, Simpsons, anything on the discovery Ch. So, my first task is decide which shows I really enjoy and which are just fillers!
