Hey Everyone
I run stares for almost an hour.
Everyday.
I try to burn 1000 calories a day.
TIPS:
When your mad: Exercise (try it, it will work)
When your feeling unsure, or bored: Exercise!
GET up and try it.
Do more and more each time, it will get your body used to it.
Love it, and think that its normal.
So far Ive lost 10 lbs. 50 to go. Ug, This is taking so long, well anyhow, my exercise has been pilates, crunches, kickbox, dance, run stares, and other. Ok I think I can do, NO I know I can do it.
