I recently went to a dr’s appt and my doctor said he’d like to see me lose weight. I don’t normally see my primary care dr, so since I had last seen him i’d probably gained a good 40 lbs maybe?? I also found that I have slightly high cholesterol. So I WANT to lose weight. I also have another reason – I am going to Hawaii in June and would really like to fit in my old clothes as well as feel good in a bathing suit. So does anyone have any tips? I have 3.5 months to loose as much as I can before Hawaii.
