A lot has happened in two years but on this front here it goes. Last year i got laid off and was unemployed for a short time. This was in the time leading up to me moving and i did find a job in my new town. However, that job sucked so i quit and went to a temp agency and started a new job a week later. I really like it here and though i am still a temp i should know in about five weeks if they will be hiring me on which i think they will. Better pay and benefits and hours and i like it so heres hoping!

How I did it: Just keep moving foward. There are always going to be setbacks but part of getting an education is leaning to deal with what life throws at you. As much as your degree is about learning, it's also about showing that you can stick to something and see it through. Read how I did it…
I’m serious! I’ve been reading like crazy! I re-read two books this summer, plus a Mozart biography and compendium of his works. I’ve decided to dedicate this summer to reading about the 1700’s. Which means I’ve revisited the Marie Antionette biography on my list!!! And I’m loving it this time around. Of course, my list still will never shrink because I keep adding books to it…like the Mozart books and the Charles Darwin book I’m chomping at the bit to read (once I move on to the 1800’s).
Of course, my desire to read is fully realized now that I’m out of school and (ha) I’m working in a bookstore (now you see why my list is growing!)
I played through Fable 2 and I have to say it was a wholly unsatisfying bullshit game. Peter Molyneux can kiss my ass. All he does is go on and on about a game with player consequences, but in reality they built in safety nets so the players choices remain meaningless, in my view. I have no desire to revisit playing Fable 1.
