Extreme pain

My God! I had the xrays and ultrasound on my foot and confirmed its a heel spur, achilles tendontis and some other thigs which translates to swelling around the arch of my foot. I had a courtezone injection right into the heel and let me tell you that hurt! Since then I’ve had 2 sessions of laser accupuncture and heat therapy and its better but it hurts a bit at the moment after the laser accupuncture kind of stirs it up – but thats what happens when something is healing, it often makes the area angry so hurts a bit but at least I’m well on the way to a pain free foot!

New job

Well I’ve just found out I’ve got a new job and it pays more than i make now so its a start! The difference is enough so that it covers my weekly rent which is pretty good seeing its only the starting rate.
