So excited to begin communication with my adopted soldier. He’s in Marjah Afghan, which is very dangerous. Oddly, all he wants is toiletries/hygiene items. Amazing.

This has been easy. Should have been doing this my entire life. Your core strength is so, so important! Anyway, to make it easier/more entertaining, I do different forms of situp to get to my 100 everyday.
