So, I’m attempting to makeover my spiritual situation this year. The basic plan is to pray/meditate, read my bible and read some theology each weekday. So far I’ve kept to my schedule of getting up early, doing 10 min meditative prayer, 10 min bible study and 10 min of critical reading. That means I get 1/2 hour of proper GodTime at the start of each day, but with a change of style every 10 min my mind doesn’t wander and it’s interesting enough for me to want to keep doing it. At this stage I’m just trying to establish a routine, when that’s done I’ll try to step it up in terms of time, complexity etc.
