Be sure you find a good doctor that fits with YOU. Try out a couple. If you’re unhappy, try a different doctor instead of giving up on the process.

I admit I’ve gotten pretty obsessive about the idea of losing weight. But I will NOT let myself fall into the ED trap. For so many reasons. Besides the fact that when I restrict my calories I usually just get weak and gain more weight from throwing off my metabolism.
I’m seeing a dietician, which I’m excited about. Part of our focus is how often I need to eat, so my blood sugar doesn’t dip and my metabolism doesn’t slow down. The other is the right balance of foods each time.
It was hard to make myself eat when I woke up (I procrastinated an hour), but now I feel really good.
I have a 2001 VW Jetta tdi, and I’ve done research.
I’ve had that car it since it was new, and never converted it. I gave up for a while, because I couldn’t find anyone (around here- rural Oklahoma) that knew enough about VWs or converting to veggie oil to help me. But I’m excited again and I’ve got to do it! I even think I know who can help; I just have to drive my ass out to California for it. :)
