A few years ago i decided that i wanted to lose weight and get fit.So i started running at first i found it was a struggle and i found it hard to run over 1km but i kept pushing myself to add another km each time i ran.I have now completed five half marathons this year.I have lost a lot of weight i feel fit and healthy and eat healthy although i still do not mind a few beers.I have found running is a lot like life its self some days are a struggle but if you keep pushing your self and never give up no matter how hard it seems you can achieve your goals.Also i have found running makes you a really positive person.Next year i hope to complete a full marathon.
