It’s the first instrument I’ve picked up and not been immediately able to play. I bought one in september, and a new one last month. I’m totally hooked, I love the challenge and the sound, even if my neighbours don’t.

I really enjoy going to gigs by myself now. Have a few beers, crash into people and befriend them. If the music’s good, the people probably will be too.
