I’ve been committed for about a year now and I’ve noticed a big change in my physical and mental health. This is so worth it!

...and I feel great! I completed four weeks (weekday mornings at 5:30!) of Bay Area Boot Camp and signed up for four more. They’re on hiatus until Aug. 21, so I need to keep exercising in the meantime. Wish me luck! I’d hate to regress…
School rocks!

I’ve taken many classes since getting my baccalaureate degree, but finally chose a great advanced degree - Master of Library and Information Science - and am almost finished. Every class I’ve taken has added knowledge and new friends to my life. I highly recommend going back to school, whether you take one adult-ed class or complete a degree.
