I just signed up for NYCARES. I will be attending an orientation session next week and then I hope to volunteer 2-4 times a month. There are some FANTASTIC projects!



Quit Smoking

I smoked everyday for about 10 years. I tried everything and was unsuccessful – now I am smoke free for almost 4 months! This time I used Chantix for a month and it worked for me!
And at this point I can not see ever going back. Quitting has changed the way I look at things, do things and feel about things. It woke me up!
