The Mist
This one was done pretty well. I believe the only major difference was the ending when in the movie the mist cleared after David killed everyone (including his son Billy) while in the book it’s never divulged if they ever made it out of the mist.
Pet Semetery
Well the movie was pretty disappointing. Don’t get me wrong it was creepy, but there were some big differences. I’m not going to toy with the small differences like how Ellie got the scrap on her knee. In the movie Gage was at a picnic and was chasing a kite when he was hit by a truck. In the book he simply thought it was a game of chase he was playing with Louise that made him run into the road. The cat Chruch was not as aggressive in the book as they had portrayed him as in the movie. He wasn’t know ray of sun shine of course. And it was not the ghost of Victor Pascow helping his wife and Louise near the end of the movie at all.
Cujo
book- Vic unaware of affair until Donna told him. Donna only had on confrontation w/ Steve. Vic was not as cold about the affair. Son did not live
Movie- all the opposite of above
Twilight
A very good movie I must say. There were some differences as to when certain things happened in the book and when they happened in the movie.
Christine
Now these two were completely different from each other. The only thing that seems the same are the character names and the car that killed people. How the people died and how many was definetly off. Christine killed more poeple in the book. And the movie doesn’t capture how much Arnie was actually going through in the book (being possessed by a ghost and all) And of course Le Bay didn’t play no part in the movie other than the selling of the car unlike the major role he had in the book. Very disappointing
