Every party we are invited to there is music and dance and I feel sorry for him because he swings me around and around and I can barely follow, my heels on his nice boots instead of next to them, and never really able to follow him. I will make up a schedule for us, and if that does not work I will pay someone to teach me. At least at my wedding I ought to be able to dance it …

... I started running in 2002 because my college roommate was one of SMU’s best runners. It motivated me and I started. I got up to 10 miles a day but had no goal. I simply enjoyed it. Then I started hurting and never was able to get back up. Then life events came up, travelling for work, partner, house, and my MBA. I kept running, off and on, ran a half marathon in 2005 and finished Top 10 among women. Now I am starting again. Its tough getting to bed early so you can get up early in the morning and run. But I am determined. In 2010 I want to be at the White Rock Marathon and want to finish well.
