I’ve done three hikes this year so far! They have been great. I think Lake Siren is my favorite.

I did it 2 week of not smoking! The first days sucked and I came up with sme bazzare things to keep me preoccupied but I did it. I feel so mch better and I now know how I smelled. I hope everyone that has this goal luck and don’t give up hope!
