How I did it
How I did it: How did it start? I think it started with asking people for healthy recipes. I know some people are against nutritionists, but I went to one and asked for recipes and she gave me tons and tons. I tried them out and found that eating healthy doesn't equate to eating lettuce and non-yummy things. She also helped me pick out healthy foods and decide what makes a meal complete.As for the cooking part in itself. I guess just follow directions … Read how I did it…

But I finished week 3; starting week 4 today! I know it’s a bit easier to run on a treadmill though. Once it’s warmer and I’m less insecure, I’ll try running outside.
