I would recommend the Power Yoga that is done on Sunshine Coast by Yoga NRG, and Duncan Peak in Sydney…vinyasa style, and is amazing. In terms of DVDs, there is a nice one called ‘Simply Yoga’ still available in bookshops on DVD…saw it for sale at Australia Post today. Not vinyasa, more static poses, but very good and easy for beginners.
Got all my paperwork together and found the envelope to post off the application….getting there!
