I started a low carb diet and have lost 14 pounds since March 9, 2009. A friend and I are walking 30-45 minutes 4-5 days a week. We’re training for a 5K that will be held July 11. We feel better when we eat right and walk! Still have a ways to go, but not as far as I previously had!
