I heard of an authentic tiki bar called La Mariana that is still operating in Honolulu. Coincidentally, I will be in Hawaii in December for a wedding, so that is when I hope to complete this goal.

I agree with everyone who has said that watching a night launch is pretty spectacular. I had the opportunity to watch one while I was in college and I still remember how it lit up the beach I was watching from. The only thing that has topped that was being able to watch a launch from KSC. You not only get a much better view of the shuttle, but you can actually feel it in the air. That was an amazing experience.
Even if you can’t watch a launch from the space center or see a night launch (I think most of the remaining launches will be during the daytime), I highly recommend doing this. It is truly awe inspiring to see what human ingenuity, hard work and dedication can accomplish.
I started reading ‘The Instant Juggling Book’ (by Bob Woodburn) this week and so far, so good. I can now throw three balls and catch them almost every time (not too impressive, I know, but, hey, I’m a slow learner). Next step: continuous juggling.
I recommend this book for anyone looking to learn to juggle. The instructions are very easy to understand.
