Eh, failed miserably yesterday. I opened the door and it was sooo foggy that I couldn’t see 10m infront of me!! And of course it’s still dark at 5am…
But on the plus side I did 1h aerobics in the afternoon so it’s still something :)
I don’t think that I’ll manage a run right now, so I’ll opt for a brisk walk with my dog, and run in the afternoon.

I’ve identified the pattern I think. I seem to binge mostly on weekends or during the week, especially if I didn’t eat enough the day before. My “triggers” seem to be stress, boredom or checking my weight (or body measurements).
I figured out that if I eat enough every single day, eat 5-6 times a day (even if I am not hungry) and avoid the scale for a while, the binging should stop. I hope. I am really worried that I am going to gain weight.
I think I’ll post here weekly.
I think it is finally time to remove the last of the stubborn fat from my body, especially the layers located beneath my navel. My great plan is to focus on healthy eating and cardio at the moment. I don’t think that I am ready to start lifting weights just yet, although I know it would increase my metabolism big time.
I’ve read that if you eat reasonably well and exercise some you should see a change in approximately two months? Not that I am expecting a sixpack or something by that time…
I am going for that nicely toned female look.
