For Singaporeans, the rite of passage before you turn 16 is to head down to the Immigrations office to get your Identity Card (IC). Blood type is just one of the things they included in the IC.
Not much difference knowing that I’m a B+. Except in the event that I’m dying from blood loss. The whole procedure is just a waste of tissue papers.
Hence, the Immigrations decided to scrap BLOOD TYPE from the IC. Good move.
......is the date of my test. It’ll be the best birthday gift ever if I pass. My 21st birthday to say the least!
