Absolutely awe-inspiring. They’re so unique and passionately raw about their music, it’s like nothing else in this world. I didn’t really take people seriously when they said you basically need a couple days in your calendar after a TMV gig clear to mentally recover. I thought ‘yeah right’, but it’s seriously true! I saw them exactly a week ago and am only just about back to my self. Do whatever you can to go see them, as long as you have an open mind and just let yourself go in the lilting, passionate music, you won’t regret it.

How I did it: I'm really shy and don't do well in social situations, so I tend to avoid them and refuse offers to go out, because I get so nervous and paranoid about how I appear to other people. So I turned that around by simply biting the bullet and going for it when I was invited out. I'd agree to last minute plans, go out late after work, just saying 'yes' whenever someone asked me if I wanted to come along anywhere, whilst inside it was so tem… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I finally bought myself an external hard drive, and transferred all my personal media (pictures, music and video) on to it. Now I only keep documents and 'short-term' information on my laptop hard drive, and long-term/permanent files on my external hard drive. Read how I did it…
How I did it: The horrific videos on the PETA website triggered my decision to become vegetarian. I basically just stopped eating meat from that night onwards.I've never been much of a meat eater anyway, always been too picky. I only ever ate chicken, turkey, and sometimes pork, and very rarely some beef (but only in burgers). I've also never been the type of person to 'crave' a juicy steak, and I was pretty much vegetarian for most days… Read how I did it…

My C: drive is only 25.7GB, and about a week ago I’d reached bursting point, and had less than 1GB of space left.
Today I’ve saved a MASSIVE bunch of video and music files to CD/DVD, and now have 8.28GB of free space on the drive. I’m going to try and get 10GB free, so that’s another 1.72GB to go. Tomorrow I’ll burn a few more things to DVD, and then that should be it :)
I had three email accounts – two with Yahoo, and one (my MAIN) with Hotmail. I deleted my oldest Yahoo account because I haven’t used it for the past three years, and I wanted to delete the second one too, but I need it for Flickr >:(
It’s ridiculous, because that’s the only reason I’m keeping it. Why won’t Flickr accept any other email accounts other than Yahoo? I know they own Flickr, but this is just stupid. They’re losing a lot of potential members, who can’t be arsed to get a new email just to be able to register on the site.
