I’m making this goal more general for the moment because there seems to be a saturation of web-based meal planners already available, and I don’t know the space well enough to make a better product.

How I did it: Practice, practice, practice. I worked out regularly at least 5 times/week and increased/staggered my intensity and distance in swimming, biking, running, lifting over 6 months.
