How I did it: Went to Port Aine, a ski place near Barcelona, up in the mountains (comment from the file marked duh). Ouch. I was an ultimate bum border, by the end my bum was so covered in bruises it looked like I'd sat in ink, but still good! I guess I'm not a goofy-footer though, haha. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Basically, I went vegetarian. That's all I really changed, except depending on vegetables more, obviously. It's not that difficult to become vegetarian, there are alot of brands like Quorn that make meat substitute if tofu isn't for you. Also, I started to eat less chocolate. At one point, I cut it out of my diet completely and it really helped, I got down to my lightest which was 8stone 5lbs and less than my losing a stone target! I now … Read how I did it…
How I did it: It was a 5 day course, out in the philippines. It was really good. Basically got taught the things through a big book + DVD thing, it was great. Got to try it out as well, feel how it would feel to run out of air - not nice by the way. Learnt there is a cure to my sea sickness ( god bless medication!) Read how I did it…
