I did well with keeping my weight low in Greece, but afterwards started slacking on workouts and eating well. I went back up to about 156-157, which was discouraging, but also got me going again. I am still trying to get back into the routine of working out and have been eating more healthy over the past couple weeks, which has gotten me down to about 154-155. Hopefully I’ll continue working on it and will be able to get back down to the 150 and eventually to the goal of 135-140.

How I did it: Well I was always active in sports in high school, until I got pregnant. My world started revolving around my son and I kept making excuses not to work out. It wasn't until I started working out again that I realized how much I missed feeling empowered by exercise. I had been depressed and realized how much I missed working out and how good it makes me feel. I picked a start date after I got my BMI results at the S… Read how I did it…
How I did it: Went online and found a pretty good price for tickets and a room for a week. Convinced my mom to come with me. Booked the tickets and will be leaving at the end of May for one week :) Read how I did it…
How I did it: In high school, I was mostly happy. Even when I got pregnant at the age of 16, I was still mostly happy. I'm not really sure when or why but I became really unhappy and angry at the world. I'm guessing it was around the time my son's dad got the new girlfriend. I was really upset with him for a long time (or so I thought). One night changed everything. We had several fights and one night it all blew up … Read how I did it…

Averaging about 150.6—Getting closer. Hopefully the less intense workouts will still help me lose weight over the next month while my broken foot heals.
Got to my lowest point of 151.6 for one day but staying mostly around 152-153. I’m going to try really hard this week to not eat junk food. Not going to be easy since there are sweets around the house from Easter. Did well the first part of today but then ate quite a few sweets after dinner.
