I’ve noticed that no matter how down I feel, if I step out into my tiny backyard for a few moments, a change comes over me. I see some weeds, which I pull up, notice a new splash of color over there by the fence, watch the hummingbirds come and go, fill the bird feeders, sweep some fallen wisteria leaves off the cool bricks of our patio. Small things like this leave me feeling better.

Okay, two days gone and I’ve got my ol’ self back up and running thanks to time, going outside (for longs walks or to do some gardening), and to the people here, who I realized were behind me.
Thank you friends
