Treadmill & No Bread 1 week ago

I want to lose weight..
So I started doing 30 minutes walks on the treadmill.. daily..
I also stopped eating bread for lunch and dinner..
I started losing some weight, which feels great
BUT I STILL HAVE A LONG WAY TO GO..
I am glad I started though..

Social marketing 2 weeks ago

I have been reading extensively about SOCIAL MEDIA througout 2009.
I want to do something with social media in Sudan, but this is a country that resists anything remotely serious – on the internet at least. So doing anything about social media will not have great rewards.
That has set me thinking though.. I can write a book, not on social media but something really close..
Something I call SOCIAL MARKETING..
I have two case studies which I can chronicle and expand on..
I am finally passionately excited about the book project..

my efforts are evaluated by my kids, my wife and myself.
Whilst I think I am doing great (OK ! Doing alright).. the others think there is a huge room for improvement..
I could just do my bit and label myself great, but does it really make me feel great ? Dont think so !!!
